Spring Pursuit Racing 2021 April 25th

On a brilliantly bright day with variable winds , seven boats enjoyed a good day’s sailing.

Simon Fletcher and Dave Beechey fought out the first race with Mike Holmes on his Streaker keeping in contention until the last lap when he was overtaken by Ian Davis and Mike Dalziel, coming in 5th place . Jonathan Websdell took 6th place with Phil Pimble deciding to sail a different course to all the other boats !

In the second race Dave B kept ahead of the fleet to win whilst Ian Davis took second place in front of Mike D . Despite getting their feet wet Sue Webb helmed with Simon into fourth place and Phil took 5th.
