Flukey,shifty and quirky winds – just another Trimpley GP 14 Open ! Competitive sailing for the 12 boats that took part in this year’s Open. Seven visitor boats and five from Trimpley. The visitors swept the honours boards with boats from Midland SC , South Staffs SC and Chase SC taking the first three places. First Trimpley boat home was helmed by Peter John with crew Michelle Whitehouse in an excellent sixth place overall. Well done also to Jo Jones and Lesley Freeman – two worthy lady helms.

Don’t forget the Regatta on Saturday July 6. Ladies Plate for lady helms at 11am followed by plenty fun and games and a BBQ- bring your own nosh !
