Working Party – Saturday 22 October 9am-11.30am
It’s that time of year again folks – your club needs you to roll up your sleeves and take part in our annual autumn working party.
Free bacon butties and a steady stream of tea and coffees will be provided to all helpers who turn up and help out on the day.
The list of jobs to be tackled include:
Workshop – general tidy up, check club Laser, Bug, Topper and GP14 equipment and rigging, as well out sort out buoyancy aids and make snagging list of any defects.
Boathouse – check rescue boat equipment and paint
Race hut – clean out and paint
Club boats – jetwash Toppers
Yard – tidy up loose tyres, weed, boat racks, paint petrol cupboard and fix swing
Slipway – replace missing types by slipway
Clubhouse – paint inside porch, fix outside lights
Reservoir – remove mussels from marker buoys, replace limit
to name but a few……
